Delete your Triviala account
In the app, open Account and tap Delete account. That removes the account immediately. You can also email hello@triviala.app from the same address you signed in with. Write “Delete my Triviala account” in the subject.
Deleting the Triviala account does not cancel a Pass bought from Apple or Google. Cancel that subscription in the store.
What we delete
- Display name, email, password hash, and Google/Apple sign-in ids
- The link between your account and Stripe (we do not keep a playable Pass on that login)
What we cannot fully erase
- Stripe may keep payment records because the law requires it (receipts, tax).
- Guest names and live-match scores exist only in server memory and already disappear when the match ends or the server restarts.
- Data on your phone/browser is removed when you log out or clear the app/site storage.
We aim to complete deletion within 14 days of a valid request.
